Yeah, a normal printer can do such printing features. I have books at home that I printed, using my hp officejet pro 8500 inkjet from InkJetSuperStore.com, from a PDF that I have downloaded online. Binding is also a bit easy to find. I am sure you can find one online.
I also agree with you. But we should also somehow give credit to Chinese manufacturers. There are somehow improving in creating great instruments such as accordion. I have a close friend who was just taking accordion lessons and he bought a China-made accordion and it wasn’t that bad.
And for those people who also plays piano, you should try playing the Hailun 218 or any Hailun pianos that was made from China. It’s quality is so great, seriously.This thread should be one of the post that is tagged as important. This thread would greatly help people who are looking for harp lessons in Dublin. I always recommend the traditional way of learning harp, but if one is having a hard time looking for a harp teacher, the internet is full of tutorials and tips. But again, the actual teacher is still the best way to learn how to play the harp.
Wow, what a thorough information we have here. I somewhat agree with Saul, that some of his music difficult. But it would be a great piece to learn in a harp lessons. Thanks for this detailed post.
Yeah, they are mostly seen or heard in classical songs. I had this one chance to watch harp and cello instructors played together and it sounded so great. Never thought these two instruments would sound good together.
I am with you that learning from piano lesson to harp is difficult than harp to piano. Some friends of mine learned piano first then tried to learn the harp and they had difficulties on they way.
I never tried lights when I play harp on any stage. But I guess I’ll need to think about having one since I too soon will occasionally play in our church too. I am not a beginner but I seldom think about this stuff when I took harp lessons back then. Good thing I read this. Thanks.
Yeah, I remember that. Well maybe for Gary, harp and accordion music doesn’t really have chemistry with each other. I too heard amazing blending with the harp when I was partly learning accordion lessons back then (but really didn’t take those lessons seriously though).
Well like any stringed instrument, if combined when learning lessons for piano, may take some time for anyone could play it well. These two instruments, may somehow give you a hard time since both are different from each other, but once you get the hang of it, it’ll get easy then.
How bout the traditional Christmas songs? Are you looking for a recital piece or just a piece to teach them? Oh Holy Night and medleys can work for violin music or as a beginner harp piece.
I find Patricia’s reply very helpful. How to play on piano while learning harp is a bit hard for me. The fingering seems confusing when you would play from one of the instruments. But it is really great learning these two instruments.
My music teacher also calls it the same thing. You can check out a book of methods by famous Russian harp teachers such as K. Erdely, M. Rubin, and N. Parfenov if you need more info about Russian Method.
True. There are a lot of great music teacher in the area. And I agree with Marguerite, if you are willing to be go out of Boulder, I would also suggest Rachel Ellins. She had a great reputation in teaching harp.
I agree with Barbara here. The first instrument that I learned playing is the guitar. Then after some time, I learned piano and harp. And I find it true that any musician can translate chords to different instrument and would be able to use them. I play guitar chords when I have a hard time transcribing piano and harp pieces.
