    Hi Sherry:

    I didn’t have any problem logging in. There have been times when I have had to type in my user name and password a couple of times—like it doesn’t recognize them. I repeated …until I got it.

    I don’t know the details of your situation or where you bought your harp (was it a harp center that carried harps…or the LH factory/showroom in Chicago)?

    All I can offer is that I have purchased two harps from LH in Chicago and had nothing but top notch service. My emails were answered promptly as were any phone calls.

    If you’re like the rest of us posting on this board, you will love the harp–the “journey into the strings.” And since you already have some music background, you’re off to a good start.

    I started lessons a year ago. First, I rented a lever harp (Lyon Healy Troubador) from my teacher.

    Maria: When I toured the Lyon Healy factor about a year ago, I saw them making the gold harps. There were two or three ladies in a room, applying little ( maybe 2″ x 2″) sheets of gold leaf by hand (using hand tools, that is. They would take the little sheets and sort of rub them onto the harp column.)
