Video record yourself
Assignment: Record five minutes of practice, watch without sound, note what you observe.
Set up your phone or camera to record five minutes of practice today. Then watch it WITHOUT audio firstโjust observe your hands, posture, and body movements. Youโll immediately spot issues invisible to you while playing: bad posture, tense shoulders, awkward hand positions. Then watch with audio and note musical issues: wrong notes, rhythm problems, uneven dynamics. Finally, watch one more time asking โIf this were my student, what would I tell them?โ Use these observations to create tomorrowโs practice plan.

Left Hand Etude Collection #1, by Stephanie Claussen
If youโre looking for a left-hand workout, this book for lever or pedal harp is for you. It drills down fourth-finger crossunders, 3โ4โ3 turn-arounds, playing beautifully phrased melodies in the left hand, jumping back and forth between low notes and high chords, and bracketing complex chords together.
