How much did that cost?
Amber MParticipantShipping from CA to VA, he charged 160.00.
Still waiting on my case though!
Amber MParticipantCheck out the Heartland carbon fiber harps…they should suit your need for a harp that is low maintenance and can take some ‘knocking around’
Amber MParticipantNot that I’m aware of…was so frustrated with it I didnt bring it on my deployment. My teacher is taking care of it along with the others. Brought my Ravenna instead.
Keep us posted on the cases tho for sure
Amber MParticipantAny other info on the replacement cases for the ones that dont fit?
Amber MParticipantSent Chris an email asking about the ‘simple method’ to getting at the pins…no response. Guess all questions need to be asked in a public forum to get acknowledged?
For someone who just said he would strive to improve comms, not a very impressive start.
Amber MParticipantActually, more like 4 bridge pins. And all hard to reach because they are hidden under the wood. Just sayin.
Amber MParticipantI have a 36S in bubinga, and played a friend’s maple 36S. Really, you can’t go wrong with either…both are gorgeous. The maple seemed to sound brighter than the bubinga, but both were beautiful. I think if you really liked the maple right away, you wouldnt have any regrets.
Some people feel the 36S is heavy (especially the bubinga), but I haven’t had any problems (may just be whatever you’re used to, or whether you have some physical limitations).
Amber MParticipantIf you still feel so strongly about it a year later, Go For It!
If it doesnt provide hardship or keep you from staying up with your financial obligations, do what makes you happy. Life is just too short not to.
Amber MParticipantAngel,
Not sure how to post pics here, so I will email them to you. Mine does have full levers, and I haven’t had any difficulty engaging them. They don’t really flip ‘under’ the neck, but more come right up to it.
Amber MParticipantI’ve received my Sweetharp, and at some friends’ urging, am posting my review (the good, the bad and the ugly).
February 10, 2012 at 12:49 am in reply to: Anyone know of an arrangement of Josh Groban’s “my Prayer”? #104496Amber MParticipantJosh Groban has piano books for all his albums…you could try those and alter as needed. Amazon sells them for ~$20
Amber MParticipantI really like playing through Sunita Stanislows Christmas Eve book
Amber MParticipantKorg CA-40 is fine with the pickup.
Amber MParticipantCongrats!!
