Josh Groban has piano books for all his albums…you could try those and alter as needed. Amazon sells them for ~$20

I have a piano version as well and it is very easily played on the harp.

The composer is Davud Foster, which might help when looking for sheet music since the title is fairly common.

Also the title is The Prayer, not My Prayer.
