We are all athletes at the harp. We must strive to stay active and clarify our minds before we even think about practicing.

Today’s Tip:
swing it!
In “A Christmas Cwtch,” Whiting suggests swinging the rhythm in certain places. She explains how to swing eighth notes (called quavers in Whiting’s native Wales) this way: Take two eighth notes in classical music and swing them by making them into a triplet with the silent eighth note in the middle.
