don’t ignore your thumb
When it comes to playing the harp, the thumb is unique in its technique and requires special attention. “The thumb needs to have a sense of authority, control, and then relaxation in its motion. Working on just this finger alone can improve your entire hand position and sound,” says HCA master teacher Nicole Brady.
