It’s easy to get stuck in a practice rut. Before you begin, try prioritizing your practice goals. “Start with your most difficult task first. It will take the most time and the most brain energy, but completing our hardest challenges leads to our greatest rewards,” suggests Emily Levin, Principal Harp of Dallas Symphony Orchestra and HCA contributor.
