“An Exploration in Line and Color” has plenty of rhythmic challenges. “Practice your rhythms separately from playing the notes,” recommends composer and orchestral harpist Elizabeth Volpé Bligh. “Work with a metronome to keep an exact pulse. It should be slow enough that you don’t feel rushed.”
