Brandee Younger is a Grammy nominated composer, international recording and performing artist and music educator.  In 2022, she became the first Black, female solo artist nominated for a Grammy in the "Best Instrumental Composition" category. Over the past fifteen years, she has worked relentlessly to stretch boundaries and limitations for harpists, creating a larger platform for the instrument to reach wider and more diverse audiences. She is signed to Impulse! Records and is on the faculty at New York University, Steinhardt School and The New School College of Performing Arts.
