MemberIt seems to me that there aren’t as many harp builders making 22 string as there used to be due to the popularity of 26-27 string therapy harps.
With in your price range, I’d recommend either Music Makers or Stoney End.

MemberI’m guessing that some of it depends on your geographic area and the general level of musical sophistication.
