I also like, “A Christmas Medley” by Mitch Landy (classy, with good energy and full arrangements), “Christmas Music for the Lever Harp” by Karl Wienand, and the Sunita Staneslow and Kim Robertson (Celtic Christmas) books already mentioned.
The only book I found it in (searching online) is Contemporary Hymns for Harp, Volume II, by Louise Trotter.
Look at the music by Laura Zaerr, Bernard Andres (already mentioned), Kim Robertson (her Celtic Harp Solos book has a wonderful variety of medieval, celtic, classical, and original music),
If you are interested in folk/celtic music, a Ravenna 26 harp with F and C levers (B too if you can afford it), will make you happy for quite some time.
If you want more than 26 strings and want to buy a new harp, you will probably need to spend over $1,000.

I believe the maker’s wife is a harpist, so there’s a reason that many of the designs have harps on them.
Although they are pricey, there are large clips that work well for holding pages together and they have clear plastic on one side so that you can see through them to your music.
