This is Gretchen Monson’s setting of the hymn “O the Deep, Deep Love of Jesus” in the style of the first movement of Beethoven’s “Moonlight Sonata,” for two pedal harps and one lever harp. Several key changes are accomplished with minimal lever changes, and the piece finishes with glissandi and a major ending (Picardy cadence).
