O the Deep, Deep Love of Jesus (lever version)

This is Gretchen Monson’s setting of the hymn “O the Deep, Deep Love of Jesus” in the style of the first movement of Beethoven’s “Moonlight Sonata,” for three lever (or pedal) harps. Several key changes are accomplished with a fair amount of lever changes, and the piece finishes with rich arpeggios and a major ending (Picardy cadence).
