Even experienced lever/pedal harpists will have levers or pedals marked at the beginning of the piece.
I was browsing Harper Tasche’s website and saw that he teaches a workshop on working with special needs children.
If you don’t have enough theory to understand Eb tuning then brush up your theory especially if you want to play pedal harp or folk music.
