Note from the composer

This concerto is, in many ways, a dialogue between the harp and the orchestra, shaped by contrasting rhythms, rich “classical/jazzy” harmonies, and evolving textures. I hope that each performance invites both the soloist and the audience into a world of beauty, mystery, and emotion, where the music speaks as much through its atmosphere as through its structure. The harp part was edited by Malgorzata Zalewska and the piano reduction was created by Piotr Kotas.
