One of the things I love about this beautiful arrangement is that it makes me sound like a much better harpist than I really am! I’m relatively new to the Celtic harp, yet this piece is actually well-suited to my skill level. While versions of Brian Boru’s March are common in beginners books, this particular version has a left hand chord progression that gives a different feeling to tune. And to the untrained observer the left hand part seems impressive. Hey, it’s always nice to WOW someone! This wonderful piece has motivated me to explore Fabio Rizza’s other available arrangements. Without exception, they have all been wonderful, and even the pieces currently above my skill level appear to be achievable in the future. Well done! And thank you, Mr. Rizza!
