Emanuela Degli Esposti has transcribed and elaborated on the music of G. F. Händel, F. Couperin, and P. D. Paradisi, to produce this divertimento, “Baroque Intervallo,” for solo pedal harp. This score makes available the famous 3-track sequence for solo harp that some decades ago was all the rage on the Italian public television channels (RAI) as the “Interval.” The bucolic images of trees and sheep alternated with those of various Italian cities as the harp accompanied them with the notes of Handel, Couperin, Paradisi.
