“The Kingdom of Sweets” from ‘Nutcracker’

Elizabeth Volpé Bligh has edited the harp parts to “Act II Scene 10: The Kingdom of Sweets” from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker ballet. “I got the suggestions for the adaptations from my teacher Judy Loman when I was playing with the National Ballet of Canada from 1976-1982,” says Volpé Bligh. “The original part does not work well for harp–especially for one harp!” This easy-to-read edition has combined both parts into a single, harpistic part.
