Barbara Ann Fackler has arranged the traditional American hymn “What Wondrous Love Is This?” for solo lever or pedal harp, or lever or pedal harp and treble instrument in C or B-flat and/or bass clef instrument in C (instrumental parts arranged by Daniel Fackler). “Useful all year, but especially during Lent, this makes a nice piece for worship,” says Fackler. “Originally intended for a small lever harp, this is well suited for any harp. The supplemental parts include a treble clef C instrument part suited for flute or violin, a substitute treble part for clarinet in Bb, and a bass clef part in C for cello or bassoon. Either or both may be used to expand the solo.”
