    Thank you Tony,

it’s pretty much what my housband says, it’s his home studio, he says we’ll have to try and experiment, he’s got experience in recording rock bands but harp recording will be something new, we’ll try our best!

    Thanks a lot,

    M.

I never take any hairsprays or anything… the thing is I have a habit of running my hands through my hair… not cause I’m nervous or anything… just something I do all along the day.

I have had my long hair stuck in the pins of the Brittany but I am new to harp and have had no problem onstage for the simple reason that I am not ready to play harp onstage. However,

Well I only just found this site and I have been enjoying the posts.

I have a small Stevens travel harp and am renting a wire strung Ardival Rose until I can pick up my Ardival Kilcoy in October.

Harpsickle specifically advertises that its lap harps have concert-harp spacing. I have a full sickle (26 strings, fully levered) and I love it.

I don’t really think that it is possible to perform on the harp, without looking at the strings really (given that you’re performing from memory).

I have never really had to look at my hands to play the piano and I am trying to be able to play the harp without looking at the strings.
