Wow! I’ll bet she sounds lovely! I wonder how many early harps are still around!

Oh, I am so very sad to hear this. I’ve only spoken with him on this forum, but his kindness & gentility shown from his words.
I don’t remember where he found refuge, somewhere in Scandinavia?, but I will have a Mass offered for the repose of his soul.
Does anyone know if he was of the Roman or Greek Church? Or, possibly, one of the lesser known churches from Palestine, et al?

I was just thinking about the large busts among us. I’m looking into finding a good minimizer brassiere, to see if that helps ease my back & shoulders.
    Have you tried one?
I’m also trying to adapt to a body that is getting shorter & skewed.
I wish you all the best.

I’d recommend the Stoney End harps in any size. I have a double strung Lorraine & love it.

Allison, do have it checked out by an orthopedist or a hand surgeon.

Did anyone but me find that video to be horrifying?

Good fortune on your project. I’m not anywhere near that fast along & I applaud you!

Thank you so much, harpist123. Great ideas!
I also hope to put in wood or vinyl floors; I have asthma & COPD & 3 hairy dogs… LOL.
We lived in CO for almost 4 years – in Longmont, & loved it. However, the economy crashed & we moved home to NV. Similar climates. 😄

What a lovely harp & manor house! I’ll see if we can get the DVD & drool over the harp & it’s setting!

Thank you, Biagio! I’ll look online.
There’s no way I want to fight traffic & crowds.

    Ditto on the A levers.
I have Camac levers, all silver, & I want something to highlight the A’s.
Does anyone know where I could buy those colored bits that completely cover the bulb of the lever?

Thank you for sharing your stories! I so appreciate it. I’m all thumbs; I even put a pre-fab bookcase together backwards! However, I’ve always wished wood shop had been available for girls, when I was a teenager.

Please forgive my lack of editing, above. I was writing in the wee hours of the morning.
I’ll try to recall how to edit, after sleeping.

Ooh, that is wonderful! A friend named her huge loom, Queen Esther.
