    However, if there were a manufacturer apart from the brands, perhaps I should go to them. Perhaps that is why they suggested I contact D’Addario. If they would use a different material than usual, then it might work out, I guess.

    I have found out a bit more. Tynex incorporates other material into the nylon, you can look on the DuPont website. I imagine that could increase the weight a little. I am trying to pursue this further, but it isn’t easy.
