Is this a significant neck crack?

Hi,
I have spotted this older LH for sale in a professional harpist’s estate auction. I am trying to determine if this is worth the drive to inspect it further. It looks to be well taken of and is advertised as playable while another in the auction is advertised as “for restoration.” I could really use a smaller harp and would love to jump in on this auction if this isn’t a $10,000 repair. I am an experienced harpist and know how to inspect the harp in person, but this little crack is concerning to me and understanding whether this is an immediate concern is out of my lane! I would really appreciate insight here! Thanks!
