I don’t see the pictures- but another option with the heart shaped hole is a Stoney End harp -they generally are not carved, but that does not prevent someone deciding to carve one.

Pakistani copy of a Stoney End- I have seen very similar ones before.

Yes, that’s one of the latest pakis. Their new harps are all copies of Stoney End and other harps.
Anyway, mid-east manufacturing (link in my previous message) is the main importer, so you should be able to get a key from them.
