Important information about your Harp Column accounts!
On 10/21/18 we made some big changes to the login process at the Harp Column family of websites, which includes harpcolumn.com, harpcolumnmusic.com, and harpcolumnacademy.com. You can now use a single account to log in and manage purchases at all three websites, and use the icons at the top left to toggle between each site.
Here’s what you need to know:
—If you had accounts at more than one site using the SAME email address, your accounts have automatically been merged. Simply log in at any Harp Column site and you will automatically be logged in at all three sites. Visit any site’s “My Account” page to see ALL the orders you’ve placed with Harp Column. Clicking on an order will take you back to the site where the order was placed.
—If you had accounts at more than one site using the SAME email address but with different user names, your user name is now the name associated with your account at harpcolumn.com. Can’t remember your user name? No worries, just enter your email address instead of your user name to login or email us at email@example.com for help.
—If you have accounts at more than one site using DIFFERENT email addresses, your accounts have NOT been merged. You can do one of two things:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that your accounts be merged. We recommend this option.
- Continue logging in to your separate accounts at each site. If you choose this option, you MUST log out of one site before you log in to another one, or you will not see the correct account information for that site.
