Willi Maerz has arranged Anton Bruckner’s “Erinnerung” (“Rememberance”) for four pedal harps. Originally for solo piano, this work is reminiscent of Chopin’s nocturnes in its gestures, and “develops into sublime grandeur with sweeping harmonic turns as it progresses,” says Maerz.
