Lullaby For Ema

Valerio Nicosia’s Lullaby for Ema is for two lever or pedal harps. The melody of this sweet and simple piece for beginners is played by Harp 1 while the arpeggio accompaniment is played by Harp 2. Composed specifically for Nicosia’s students in Pieve Emanuele in the hinterland of Milan, the piece is useful didactically as a fingering exercise and to teach the autonomy of both hands.
