Searching for Plum Blossoms in the Snow

$6.00

Teresa Suen-Campbell’s arrangement of Huang Tzu’s “Searching for Plum Blossoms in the Snow” is for solo pedal harp and optional ankle bells. Originally a vocal work, this work became “very popular and was often included in compilations of children’s songs throughout China,” says Suen-Campbell. The story of the piece depicts a person riding a donkey in the snow while out gathering plum blossoms. The optional ankle bells help depict the ringing of bells throughout the journey!
