The Ash Grove

Stephen Dunstone has arranged the beautiful Welsh folk melody “The Ash Grove” for three lever or pedal harps. Optional melody-only and harmony-only parts are provided for greater flexibility. Harp 1 and Harp 2 provide melody, descant, and simple harmony, while Harp 3 is slightly more difficult with a continual eighth-note accompaniment pattern. “Whenever I've rehearsed this piece in schools, nearby staff always seem to go into a blissful trance!,” says Dunstone.
