I love the richness of the E flat version, but the C major version fits wonderfully on lap harps that only have one octave below middle C.
E flat major version: The lowest note is the E flat an octave and a half below middle C. The highest note is the E flat an octave and a half above middle C.
C major version: The lowest note is the C below middle C. The highest note is the C two octaves above middle C.
