Danse Arabe

Sonja Inglefield’ has arranged “Danse Arabe” from Pyotr Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite for four pedal harps. All four parts are evenly matched, trading melodic and rhythmic material. All parts include staccato notes and an extended technique called “pres des chevilles” which mimics the tambourine part in the original orchestral score. Scroll down for notes from the arranger.
