Shoshanna Godber has arranged the traditional prayer “Dona Nobis Pacem” for three lever or pedal harps (34 strings or larger). To convey a deeper sense of urgency in the plea for peace, Godber begins in D minor before resolving to F major in the final round when peace is eventually granted. Harp 1 and Harp 3 are written for early-intermediate players, while Harp 2 is suitable for advanced beginners.
