Serenade for Evening

This harp quartet by Shari Pack is based on the classical melody from Haydn's String Quartet No. 17, Op. 3. The melody is traded back and forth between the parts. There are glissandos and repeated thirds in the accompaniment. Because of the glissandos and the chromatics, Harps 1, 2, and 3 are best played on a pedal harp. Harp 4 has no chromatics and can be played on a lever harp.
