John O’Connor

Serena O’Meara’s arrangement of Turlough O’Carolan’s  “John O’Connor” is for two lever or pedal harps. This toe-tapping melody is one of Turlough O’Carolan’s most popular tunes, though little is known of John O’Connor other than that he probably lived in Offaly, Ireland. The melody is evenly divided between both Harp 1 and 2 parts.
