Serena O’Meara has arranged the traditional Welsh melody “Deck the Halls” as a duet for lever harp and any of the following instruments: flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, french horn, trumpet in B-flat, alto saxophone, violin, viola, or cello. This sparkling arrangement celebrates the season with up-beat rhythms and countermelodies. Consideration was given to how the lever harp’s bass strings ring.
