Note from the arranger

“Navai” is one of the most famous Persian folk songs, originating from the Khorasan region in northeastern Iran. The song expresses deep feelings of longing, separation, and sorrow through poetic lyrics and a haunting melody rooted in traditional Persian music. I harmonized “Navai” and developed a right-hand pattern, bringing a contemporary touch to this traditional Persian folk song.
