Tribute to O’Carolan

Monika Stadler’s “Tribute to O’Carolan” is an original work for solo lever or pedal harp. Inspired by Turlough O’Carolan, the famous blind harpist and national composer of Ireland, the music begins atmospherically with a few harmonics then quickly flairs into a toe-tapping Irish character. A great piece to use with students or to play at joyous occasions. This piece can also be purchased as part of Stadler’s book New Shoots–Old Roots.
