Tango del Pasado

Monika Stadler’s “Tango del Pasado” is for solo pedal harp. Inspired by Astor Piazzolla’s famous “Nuevo Tango” style, which blends elements of jazz and classical music, as well as the breathtaking movements of tango dancers, this highly rhythmic piece captures the spirit of the dance. It can also be played on single-action pedal harp and is available as part of Stadler’s collection Spirit of Harp.
