Danza Campesina

Marcela Méndez has arranged Luis Gianneo’s “Danza Campesina” for solo pedal harp. Originally written for piano, this cheerful dance is from Gianneo’s 7 Piezas Infantiles. It alternates between two themes based on the form of a traditional Argentine folk dance called “Gato”. In 2025, this piece was added to the ABRSM syllabus.
