America, the Beautiful

Kim Robertson’s arrangement of Samuel A. Ward’s “America, the Beautiful” is for solo lever or pedal harp. This simple but harmonically rich arrangement of the beloved patriotic song has three verses with variations, including stately chords with suspended harmonies, octave changes and a recurring C# accidental in the melody. The tempo is slow enough to allow time to change the essential lever on folk harp.
