Note from the arranger
This edited version is not to be used for auditions.
I added little check marks to show the phrases in some areas. Most of this piece is in three-bar phrases, so the check marks help show where they begin.

Elizabeth Volpé Bligh’s has edited the orchestral harp part to “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” by Paul Dukas. This symphonic poem was made quite famous by the popular animated Walt Disney movie, Fantasia. This edited version of the harp part “has some fingerings, cues, good page turns, and solutions to thorny problems in the original part,” says Bligh. Check marks have also been added to the part to better distinguish phrasing.
This piece is a PDF download for $5.00.

This is an excellent edit of this otherwise unplayable orchestra part.

This edition not only saved me so much time with the pedal changes already marked, but the edits are brilliant and the cueing is fantastic. I just performed this tonight and was so grateful for the score. Many thanks!
