Hush, My Babe, Lie Still and Slumber

Corkey Christman’s arrangement of the 18th century North American carol “Hush, My Babe, Lie Still and Slumber” is for solo lever or pedal harp. This beautiful arrangement begins simply and builds in complexity over its four verses, with the third and fourth using many seventh and ninth chords, while always retaining the feel of a gentle lullaby.
