Carol of the Russian Children

$5.95

Corkey Christman’s arrangement of the 16th century carol “Carol of the Russian Children” is for solo pedal harp. This two-verse arrangement captures the feel of a cold, snow-bound landscape waiting for the light to return. Open fifths and grace notes create bell-like sounds, and a right-hand tremolo at the end imitates a balalaika. This and five other of Corkey Christman’s holiday arrangements for pedal harp may be found in Glad Tidings, Volume 2 (Pedal Harp).
