My Left Hand

My Left Hand, by Cindy Horstman, is for solo lever or pedal harp. Prompted by the composer’s right-arm injury, this fun and unique etude is played entirely with the left hand, introducing techniques such as octave jumps, accompanying and shaping a melody, phrasing repeated notes, crossing under, and playing sixth intervals. It can also be played an octave higher using only the right hand.
