Note from the arranger

“Nikriz” is the name of one of the special scales in traditional Turkish music, based on the notes G , A , B-flat, C-sharp, D, E, F and their changing flows between the melodic patterns. “Longa” is a 2/4 instrumental form, which is largely used in traditional Turkish music.
