Christa Grix has arranged “That Easter Day When Joy Was Bright” (attributed to Michael Praetorius) for solo lever or pedal harp. This bright and lively piece is perfect to conclude a prelude before an Easter or Christmas service (performed at Christmas as “What Star Is This With Beams So Bright”), or to inspire the congregation when used as a postlude. This piece can be played on either a pedal and lever harp, with an alternate glissando ending for the pedal harpist.
This piece is a PDF download forĀ $8.00.
