I’ve used Fedex.com for air cargo. They were careful with it–although it took awhile with the embargo of air traffic after the Icelandic volcano.

If you’re shipping the harp abroad for study, some countries like Great Britain, waive the bond/tax deposit and consider it an educational “tool.”
