The Camac dolly has a large round peg on the middle of the shelf that fits into a hole in the base of their pedal
If I remember correctly, the Burgandy strings are cheaper because they may have visual imperfections – nothing that’s supposed to affect the sound.

Another option might be this Lyon & Healy folk harp, which is $300 without levers.

I can’t say if Lyon & Healy would add levers for a per-lever charge, but it wouldn’t hurt to call them up and ask. I’ve bought several harps from them over the years, and have always found their customer service to be excellent.

I also have medium-dark wood floors, and don’t have a problem seeing the strings. I do have a lamp situated behind me and to the left so it illuminates the music stand and strings, though.
There is a harp manufacturer in Moscow – Selena Harps, and believe they have a celitc harp model. I think the website is http://www.selenaharps.com. I’m not very familiar with them, but

Hi, Robert: I have those same two CDs of hers that I bought after hearing her play in the middle of a shopping mall in Tallahassee years ago. I pulled out the liner notes, and inside they do say there is a CD entitled Ireland Traditional Music – Celtic Harp, along with an order form. I don’t think tension is something that will change on a harp, unless something drastically bad is happening to the instrument. The Ogden I had was also very tight, but I think it’s just the design of that model. I’ve wondered if that’s why I’ve heard of several Ogdens being bad about breaking strings.
If you’re not playing with others, you could always tune the strings down a step or two and see if that makes it easier to play. I’m not sure how much lower you’d have to go before seeing a difference.
