Hello, I’ve just joinded this forum. I have always wanted to learn the harp and live very close to the Stoney End
It’s usually the other way around.
Well, I’m gonna go with the cherry. I’ve asked them to do some engraving of ivy on it too. I’m very excited! They are such friendly people and very helpful.
Hi Joanna,
I think you made a great choice, but I am probably a little biased, I have the Anne and the Briar Rose by Stoney End both in cherry.
This is not intended to be a hijack, but since we’re talking Stoney End…
Has anyone here played Stoney End’s “Clairseach”?
I just attended the Southeastern Harp Weekend in Asheville, NC and played for the first time a harp made by Timothy Harps.
I have a Stoney End “EVE” in a cherry and I chose the cherry wood for its brighter sound.
